Overview
This restaurant is right across the street from the ferry docks so it gets a lot of traffic and the crowds can be overwhelming. But this open-air cafe is a great place to just sit back and do a little people watching. The food is consistently okay and the staff is generous with the chips and salsa as well as with the tequila. Their margarita has quite a punch to it.

My wife and I have eaten here several times. 2008, 2010 and 2011. Very good food and local entertainment. We will be going back in 2012. Fair prices and great drinks.
