Situated just south off Playa San Francisco, this reef is ideal for beginners because of its shallow depths of 40-55 feet. There are so many peculiar but beautiful coral formations that it's not possible to see them all in one dive. There are also 15 species of marine life, such as grouper, angelfish, clown fish, sponges, sea fans, lobsters, and eels. The one drawback is the strong current which can be quite strong as times. It is part of the Parque Marino de Cozumel.
