Overview

This is a very traditional restaurant specializing in fish and seafood. It is located in one of the city's oldest areas. Famous among artists, politicians and sports people, many celebrities have enjoyed its international dishes. It was founded by Basques and nowadays it has a rather long menu, including specialties like Green and Red Shellfish Soup, Lobster Thermidor, Baby Eels Bilbao-style, Stuffed Fish and more. Its owners claim to prepare every dish in the traditional style, on firewood and coal stoves that were acquired when the restaurant was starting out.
