Located in the old historic centre of Mexico City, in what was previously the shrine of Santa Teresa la Antigua, this museum is famous for having the largest dome in what was known as the New World. The avant-garde space is divided into five separate exhibition areas, which have been displaying examples of contemporary Mexican and international art since 1993. Performance art and creative installations are regularly presented here, and the museum has a reputation for promoting experimental visual artists. Come here to check out new Mexican and international artistic trends, in a baroque-style architectural setting.
