Overview

The great Mexican painter and muralist David Alfaro Siqueiros donated his combined studio and living space to the nation just twenty-five days before his death. On display are awards, photographs, sketches and models of some of his major works, along with a collection of more personal items, including the artist's personal records and library. There is also a collection of easel paintings, a little-known facet of Siqueiros' works. Located near the Anthropology Museum, admission is 10 pesos for the general public. Students and teachers with valid identification get in for free.
