Overview

The Casona dining experience is similar to that found in Madrid, complete with a strolling guitarist. This turn-of-the-century mansion offers world-class fare. Paella marinara, prepared for two or more, is a specialty, as is zarzuela de mariscos (seafood medley). Or you might select fillet of grouper in Basque sauce, octopus vinaigrette, rabbit stew or a rack of lamb. Grilled red snapper is also a specialty. The cuisine has flair and flavors that are truly worth the visit.
