Overview
In Cabo Rojo, the Playa Combate is located in the town of the same name, which like Balneario de Boquerón, is a small but lively fishing village. The beach itself comprises a huge sandy stretch (three miles long), and is lined with street sellers, which offer anything from fritters to cold beers (good under the hot sun!). Combate, however can get really crowded with locals on weekends, particularly on holidays like July 4 (Independence Day) and July 25 (Constitution Day).
