  Cinco décadas de intachable servicio y excelente cocina española con toque criollo. Paellas, asopaos y pescados. Ambiente elegante, de cuidada línea clásica. Predilecto de familias y ejecutivos. Wikén: Tuna Juglares y Trío Carimar. Ganador Sal!Awards: Categoría Española. En 1953 José Ramón Pertierra abrió este restaurante de cocina española con toque criollo. El Zipperle es toda una institución en la gastronomía puertorriqueña. Sus coloridos vitrales, arcos en madera y elegante vajilla lo convierten en el favorito de ejecutivos y familias.
