Overview
Culebra like Vieques is an island in the so-called Spanish Virgin Islands. Further east than Vieques, this island has more coves and bays than its larger sister island. Designated as wildlife refuge, this island is also a great world-class site for snorkeling. Call the tourist office for boat excursions to the island.
