Happy hour and sunsets in this friendly, local bar offer all you would expect from an island beach bar. The bartenders are friendly and the drinks are great. Both locals and tourists can be found chatting about the day's events. On a typical day, the bar opens around 10am and remains open until 8pm (depending upon the number of customers), but on Friday nights, this place rocks. Make sure you wear your dancing shoes. Everyone leaves the Monkey Bar with a smile.

  Monkey Bar is true St.Kitts.... Bingy (owner of the bar) and his crew truely know how to make people feel welcome! I have been to St.Kitts many times over the last 15 years and Monkey Bar is one of the original beach bars in Frigate Bay. The atmosphere is fantastic, with the best view of the sunset on the island ! Pop by during the day and rent a beach chair, have a delicious seafood dinner or sip on a "Rum and Ting", Carrib Beer or the deadly house rum punch while the sun dips below the horizon. You will always feel at home here. We can't wait to be there this December! Every year we drop our bags off and head straight over to Monkey Bar.... this year will be no different.
