Warner Park, St. Kitts

This park is the hub of sporting events for Basseterre and is the host for most island public venues. Come and watch football, both amateur and pickup; cricket matches including the Inter-Caribbean League games and other sports being played on this well-maintained field. During Carnival, the Queen's Show is staged here where contestants flock from neighbouring islands to compete for beauty, poise, and talent recognition and prizes. This is also the site for the 'King Calypso' contest, a highly anticipated annual event during Carnival. The park is an ideal setting for holiday and Labour Day family picnics as it's always open and available to all.
