Arabian Gyros, Trinidad and Tobago

The Arabian Gyros restaurant is a small establishment located in the heart of Woodbrook on the busy Tragarete Road where parking is limited. The slow-cooking rotisserie meat entices passers-by with its aromatic, Middle-Eastern aroma that wafts into the air. The gyros are made up of pocket bread similar to pita bread, with slithers of freshly sliced cooked meat known as sharwarma served with fresh salad and sauces sandwiched in-between to create a tasty meal.
