The Panini Cafe, located in the ever popular Ellerslie Plaza, serves delicious panini: Italian sandwiches. Once inside, the aroma of coffee and freshly baked panino and the distinct ciabatta bread will entice you to go in and order. Although small and generally quite full, Panini offers a great place to relax and unwind with friends. The menu serves melt-in-your-mouth crepes both savory and sweet.   I ordered a vegetarian salad, that came with a mayo-based dressing. Because I am vegan, I asked for the dressing to be substituted. They proceeded to charge me an extra $10 for balsamic dressing while taking away the original one that I'd paid for. When I pointed this out, all I got was attitude and a "take it or leave it" kind of response. Although I work in the district and visit PC frequently, I'm never going there again, and have already urged my coworkers to refrain as well....   Read More

  Anytime I visit the Republic Bank I visit the Panini Cafe. I am not from the area. I have introduced quite a few people to the Cafe. Today I had a very upsetting and experience with a very tall , biggish woman of Afro-descent. She was mocking me and giving the other workers eye signals when I asked for a bag to put my muffin while I waited for my panini. When I was exiting , they all started to laugh... it shows the level of education these women have...   Read More
