The Passage to Asia Restaurant is located in the heart of Chaguanas in Central Trinidad. The head chef and owner, Mr. Persad, is a highly trained chef with a passion for cooking. Try the tasty appetizers like Pakoras followed by the rich textures and flavor of the Lamb Josh Rogan spiced with cardamom, cloves and cumin. On Friday and Saturday the restaurant offers an affordable buffet meal of Indian and Thai dishes. Try the house special of Mango Passion cocktail.
