  Rude staff, no running water, need I say more. This hotel was the worst of the worst. The lady who works the night shift, needs to take a course in customer service,. She was totally rude. Kept me and my wife standing at the front desk for nearly 10 minutes before acknowledging us. When we got to our room. The water had been shut off in all the rooms and remained off for almost 24 hours. No shower, couldn't brush our teeth. Couldn't do a thing. What the hotel could tell us about the problem and when it would be resolved, absolutely nothing. Oh and their so called wireless internet, well that was off and on, so my wife nor I could get a good continuous signal on either of our laptops. Needless to say my wife and I checked out of this dump the very next day and wouldn't recommend this place to our worst enemy. If you want rude service, no running water, and poor amenities, stay here. If not pick any other place on the island. THE ABSOLUTE WORST TRUST ME, and I travel alot and have been all over and this is by far the worst!!!...   Read More
