Sitting like a sentinel over Coral Bay, this lovely old church still serves as the center of the village's community life. Moravian missionaries first held services near here in 1756, preaching to the slaves that worked the nearby plantations. This building, which went up in 1919, is the third built by the congregation. The others fell prey to a hurricane and a fire. While the building is closed except for services, you are free to wander the property. Guests are always welcome to attend services. There is no admission charge.
