Herbert Samuel is undoubtedly one of the city's upcoming and trendy hangouts. Owner/chef Roshfield's contemporary cuisine is commendable with Parma prosciutto, fresh anchovies with peppers, squid with tahini and white beans, truffle soup, and an Italian cold cuts platter. Moreover, a well selected Israeli wine list adds to the charm. On the flip side, the restaurant is hard to find and the menu leans on the pricey side.
