The Kabbalah Learning Centre was established in Jerusalem in 1922 and now has 40 branches worldwide, of which four are in Israel. For those who are interested in Jewish mysticism, the centre has books for sale in ten languages, including English and Chinese. Lecture cassettes and videos are also available in English. All the centre's lectures are in Hebrew, however English talks can be arranged for organised groups and if someone is very keen to attend a class, a translator could be provided. The recently renovated centre looks like a cross between a swish lounge and a coffee shop, with many bright sofas to flop into, shiny coffee tables with reading material scattered around and a Lavazza coffee stand.
