Dating back to 1865 and visited by Turkish and European royalty, the Beylerbeyi Sarayi is a breathtaking sight, with lavish and elaborate decorations. It is a must see site when in Istanbul. Located on the Asian side of the Bosphorus and constructed by Abdulaziz, the white marble palace is hard to miss even though it is not as big as the famous Dolmabahce. There is also a cafe on the premise for you to grab a turkish coffee or delight.
