Overview
The growing fad in the Istanbul art scene is the idea of transforming an old apartment building or unit into an artist space and gallery. This is the concept behind the Elipsis Gallery and many others in the area. Contemporary photography lines the white walls of this small space with collaborations between local and international artists. When they have a special exhibition, they usually send out beautifully designed invites and pamphlets.
