Blue Monkey Lounge, Birmingham

Located on Cobb Lane near Five Points South, the Blue Monkey Lounge offers a small but eclectic dinner menu and a large array of drinks and cigars in a very cozy atmosphere. The décor is that of a Parisian caveau, complete with exposed beams and stucco walls. There are several softly lit small rooms (some with televisions), which feature small black wooden tables and chairs. The menu, though small and consisting mainly of sandwiches, offers items inspired by Mexican, Greek, Italian and French cuisine. The restaurant also offers an extensive array of scotches, tequilas and cognacs.
