Located near the University of Alabama at Birmingham campus, this no-frills cafeteria is packed at lunch. Even when lines stretch out the door, service is efficient. Typical lunch offerings include: meatloaf, fried chicken, turkey & dressing, collard greens, sweet potato casserole, black-eyed peas, fruit cobbler and cake. Order a la carte or choose the meat & three-vegetable specials or vegetable plates. Available by request, the pasta salad plate includes fresh fruit, vegetables and bagel chips. For breakfast, Tracy's cinnamon rolls and blueberry pancakes come highly recommended.
