Canadian natives Rick Gillis and Brenda Lambrecht combined their years of restaurant experience to create a concept that blends regional American cuisine with touches of the Mediterranean. The central location makes this a popular place to gather for drinks or to enjoy the creative cuisine. A big island of a bar dominates the dining space, which is decorated with colorful contemporary art and many mirrors. A wrap-around patio provides outdoor seating. There are a lot of games like darts, pool, Golden Tee, bowling and golf that keep one busy. Signature entrees include Pork Medallions with smoked tomato jalapeno sauce, Blackened New York Steak with red onion confit and brandy sauce, Mimosa Halibut with fresh melon salsa and Rosemary Chicken Brochettes that uses rosemary branches in place of wooden skewers.
