Cave Creek Museum exhibits the rich heritage of the Native Indians, tracing back from pre-historic times and including the changes the community has undergone. The museum history dates back to 1968 when a former episcopal church was transformed into this interesting and educational center by the locals. The museum houses various objects, that were part of the daily life of the people, and includes their pottery, weaving, jewellery and sculpture pieces. Once you leave the museum building, look around and explore the plant life of the area.
