Ice House Tavern, Phoenix

Literally hidden behind an ice-hockey rink, the little watering hole is an absolute delight for those who can find it. Tread carefully when you enter though, as the dimly-lit interiors take some time to get used to. As you take a seat and look around, you'll slowly notice the details appearing; not much for decor, decent number of screens and dartboards. The highlight of the bar though, has to be the see-through wall behind the bar that gives superb views of the rink and the players; a unique experience that has patrons flocking to the bar seats. On the menu is a fantastic selection of beers from ales to micro-brews. Though there's no food available, you can have it delivered from the eateries nearby and they'll gladly provide menus. Regular live music and other events like comedy, add a fun element to the place. A fun little dive to hang out with friends.
