Overview

Originally designed to crown the Arizona State Capitol building, Frank Lloyd Wright Spire was completed in 2004 and now stands tall at the Promenade in North Scottsdale. This 125-foot (38.1-meter) tall spire is the avant garde creation of one of the greatest American architects - Frank Lloyd Wright. Known for many modern masterpieces including the Taliesin West, he has designed over 1000 structures in his time. The design of this magnificent spire is textural and is built of glass and steel. At night, this blue and green tower resembles something out of a sci-fi movie and can be easily spotted as you drive by Frank Lloyd Wright boulevard.
