Overview

Originally the home of cowboy artist Lon Megargee, this last remaining authentic Arizona hacienda is still decorated with southwestern art and trappings. The Hermosa Inn's fine dining room features a tempting array of Arizona-inspired and contemporary American dishes. Among the more unique are the Texas Wild Boar Chop on sweet potato risotto with spinach, corn and black-eyed peas and the Osso Buco on Kalamata Olive Risotto with Provencal Vegetables.
