Artistic and charismatic chef and owner Erasmo "Razz" Kamnitzer brings the pleasures of the palette to the palate with attractive and creative contemporary cuisine. Incorporating his own homegrown fresh herbs and edible flowers, Chef Razz uses classical techniques and innovative ingredients in unique preparations like his signature Duck Cakes, Bah Mie Goreng (Indonesian-style spicy noodles), a Beggar's Pouch of lobster, shrimp, crab and vegetables and a "Razz-style" Bouillabaisse.
