Chef and owner Dai Hayashi has gained a reputation in the Valley for his expert sushi and Japanese food preparation. Tableside cooking provides an entertaining, as well as appetizing dining experience. The environment is sparsely decorated in the traditional and austere Japanese style. Tatami dining is available. Previous winner of the Rep's Best Sushi Bar, the menu here is divided into Sushi & Rolls (Tuna, Salmon and Eel), California Rolls, Tableside Cooking (Shabu-Shabu and Yosenabe) and Dinners (Teriyaki, Tempura and Katsu).
