Pyramid Brewery & Alehouse, Berkeley

Spawned out of Seattle, the second Pyramid Brewery calls Berkeley home. The brewery doubles as a brew house and restaurant, and daily tours on beer-making conveniently end in a spacious dining room. In the summertime the parking lot turns into a free outdoor cinema playing American classics like Caddyshack and The Shining. The menu is filled with a beer drinker's favorite friends: nachos, onion rings, steaks, seafood, chicken, burgers and wood-oven pizzas. With over twenty Pyramid brews on tap, the microbrewery serves pale, wheat and fruit-flavored ales, seasonal varieties, English brown and espresso stout.
