Ayara Thai Cuisine, Los Angeles

Part restaurant, part family kitchen, Ayara Thai Cuisine is run by husband and wife team Anna and Andy Asapahu along with their daughter Vanda who assists her head chef mother. Ayara's menu is fairly conventional for a Thai restaurant and features the typical line up of curries, noodle dishes, rices and soups with a commendable amount of vegetarian options. The ingredients the Asapahu family uses, however, elevate the restaurant to a more gourmet level than less meticulous Thai restaurants. The Asapahu family is eager to keep their restaurant and culinary pride intact, meaning guests can expect only the best at Ayara Thai Cuisine.
