The vintage park-bench seating and hardwood floors gives Bistrotek Restaurant the feel of a bistro. The food on offer is largely American with the odd Italian dishes thrown into the mix. Situated in the Custom Hotel, one can either opt to dine at the indoor dining bar or the outdoor enclosed patio. The restaurant offers four courses over the span of the week. Modest options of soups follow crab cakes and shrimps for starters. Chicken, bacon, salmon and scallops form the crux of the main course while 3 varieties of pastas give the menu an Italian flavor. While not offering bistro food, whatever is served by the chef is guaranteed to be well-prepared.
