Patterned after a typical "sawdust-on-the-floor" roadhouse, this casual bayou eatery appeals to the Cajun conscious and shoppers at the neighboring Westside Pavilion. The menu is uncomplicated and mouth-watering. Fresh gulf shrimp swimming in spicy cajun sauce is the specialty here and you can have a pile of them shelled or not or try the shrimp etouffe and shrimp creole. There is also a wonderful blackened red snapper and the "Bourbon Street Chicken" is outstanding.
