Casa La Golondrina is located inside the Pelanconi House, which is purportedly the oldest brick house in Los Angeles. The house has been open since 1855 and was named after its second owner, Antonio Pelanconi. It is a private residence but the restaurant serves delicious Mexican fare accompanied by Mariachi music and live dancers.
