Owned and managed by a family of Cuban emigres, Cuban Bistro serves traditional Cuban cuisine with a Californian twist. From the outside, the restaurant looks like any restaurant in any strip-mall in California, though the decor inside is a step above your standard eatery. But its the menu that draws people from miles away, including other Cuban ex-pats. The full bar offers adventurous and popular cocktails, such as a tequila mojito and the famous mojito martini. Live music on weekend nights draws a younger singles crowd to enjoy the drinks and dance to salsa and samba music played by a live band.
