Glorya Kaufman Hall, Los Angeles

Located in the University Of California Los Angeles, the Glorya Kaufman Hall features state-of-the-art facilities for dance, videography and cross-cultural investigation. The former Dance Building was transformed with an $18 million gift—the largest single donation to the dance art form in America by an individual. The theater has been transformed into a three-dimensional and flexible space for performances and for teaching dance. The space is used by the UCLA Department of World Arts and Cultures for a wide range of dance and movement programs. The stage and seating area can be re-modified based on the performers needs.
