Overview
Kabuki usually refers to Japanese theater of the 17th century. However, in this case it refers to innovative sushi created by a dedicated staff. Their goal is to present a menu filled with umai, or deliciousness. This selection includes volcano Sushi (baked spicy tuna), rose roll (shrimp tempura, avocado, spicy tuna), and miso marinated black cod.
