Overview
This eclectic Mexican restaurant has been open for over 20 years and is famous for its Sunday Margarita brunches, complete with a mariachi band and 140 kinds of Tequila. While La Paz does serve traditional Mexican food, including barbecued goat, it’s the Yucatan style seafood menu that stands out. Seafood selections include fish, octopus, oysters, calamari, mussels, scallops and frog legs. The interior is highly original, with tricycles and wagons hanging from the ceiling along with dollars tossed up for the patrons by waiters. Lunch buffets are held on Mondays and Fridays. Reservations are highly recommended.
