Don't let the name fool you. The Gourmet Magazine has classified Minibar as one of America's Best Restaurants. The modern interiors and the glow of the globe lights lend a mysterious ambiance. This place offers an eclectic range of small plates under headings like 'this', 'that' and 'the other'. The braised baby back ribs come along with a smoky-n-spicy chipotle-molasses barbeque sauce. If you feel like trying out something Asian, dig into the Thai-snapper ceviche, which comes with sushi grade red snapper with watermelon, mint and basil served with crispy plantain chips. There is also a great wine selection. You can groove to some contemporary music on DJ nights, which are Fridays and Saturdays.
