As you drive into the parking lot at the back of Mr. Wisdom, you will see a hand-painted sign that asks you to turn off all negative thoughts. Once you step inside, you immediately feel the positive and peaceful vibe at this healthy and spiritual oasis that has been serving up wheat grass since long before it became city's organic shot of choice. People from all walks of life frequent this place, especially those who insist on eating and drinking clean. Many come back on Sundays for musical meditations and classes on the principles of self-realization. Later, there is a sumptuous complimentary vegetarian feast. The wheat grass is, of course, the main reason people come here and some mix a shot of barley too. There are also fruit and veggie juices as well as a snack bar and store which carries dry goods and health food literature.
