Nonna, Los Angeles

Not your ordinary neighborhood Italian joint, Nonna offers classic Italian fare with an upscale twist. You will find everything you would expect to find on an Italian menu - salads, pastas, pizza - but you will also find fresh imported dover sole, organic Australian rack of lamb and prime New York steak. The spread out interior of the restaurant is wood-paneled, warm and friendly. There is also an outdoor patio and an extensive wine list. Guests are mostly from the older Beverly Hills set, so this is probably not the place to bring rowdy children. Valet parking is available.
