John Rivera Sedlar's restaurant focuses on his signature Modern Southwest Cuisine, and features creative and traditional dishes that are a treat for both the palate and the eyes. Begin your meal with one of the prologos (snacks), like the tortillas florales, or tortillas with flowers. Then you may want to splurge on the jamon ibérico starter, fine Spanish ham with house-made bread. For your entrée, try the duck enfrijolada, and finish with flan!
