First, there was the treadmill, and then there was the Stair master. Now it has gone literally one step beyond. With handhold's shaped like protruding stones, and safety ropes dangling like spider webs, this is fitness' newest craze, indoor wall rock climbing. Sign the mandatory waiver before you suit up and certified instructors will guide you through a workout like you have never had before. Experience is not required. All necessary equipment will be provided.
