This Thai and Asian fusion eatery on 7th and Olive has captured the hearts and palates of quite a few Angelenos. A pleasantly understated interior and deferential service are bonus points while the bold and captivating culinary creations are at the center of the Soi experience. Amongst the dishes extolled by smitten first-timers and savvy regulars are pumpkin ginger soup, soft shell crab summer rolls, trout curry penang, crying tiger and whisky infused baby back ribs. Round off your meal with a house-made green tea ice cream. Street parking is available, although a pay lot may be advisable on a busy night.
