This taqueria, located inside the Mercado La Paloma is famous for its Tacos al Pastor. This regional dish is made from pork marinated in a secret semi-sweet, yet savory, sauce and then cooked in a rotisserie with pineapple. The prices here are more than reasonable for fantastic food.
