Specializing in Cabernet Sauvignon only, Adams Ridge is a small, family-run winery. The wine made here highlights Napa's earthy flavor through the hand-picked grapes which lend a characteristic texture to the wine. The special feature about the wines fermented here is the aging procedure. It is carried out in French oak barrels for 20 months which add a hint of vanilla to the wines, making them smooth and toasty. The wines are taken out in limited range, so make sure you get your hands on one.
