A premier dining venue in The OC Pavilion, Ambrosia boasts of contemporary French cuisine by celebrated chef Michael Rossi. The master chef's Seasonal Marketplace offers novelty churned out from the season's freshest and best ingredients. Each preparation is a surprise in itself. Not just the food, but also the ambiance is excellent, complete with Spiegelau crystal crockery, leather sofas and foot rests. The Baby Grand Piano played in the evenings, is much awaited by the guests.
