Schmid's has won accolades for the standard brewing techniques, concocting some of the finest beers, and martinis. The Handcrafted Microbrews are sure to please beer lovers. For a fill, Five Cheese is an amazing wood-fired pizza topped with five kinds of cheeses or the 'Sedona Chicken' Wrap would just be fine. Orange chicken is an interesting signature variety, which is fried chicken breast pieces with Orange sauce.
