Pho Bo Vang, Orange County

Although Pho Bo Vang right next to the I5 freeway, finding Pho Bo Vang will require navigating through some side streets. Though hard to find, this simple Vietnamese restaurant is not without its charm if the lunch line is any indication. During dinner, the staff might even request that you order something that can be prepared quickly, for the sake of the families waiting outside. Needless to say, there's a reason for the wait. Though the spring rolls and pho are excellent, don't hesitate to try something different. Pho Bo Vang is a good place to try other Vietnamese specialties, like stir fried noodles with shrimp, chicken and vegetables, or rice with filet mignon.
