Peaks Restaurant, Palm Springs

Peaks Restaurant at the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is like walking in the clouds or rather dining above the clouds. It is the most exclusive dining experience you will ever have at more than 8,500 feet (2590 meters) above sea level surrounded by the resplendent Mount San Jacinto State Park and Wilderness Area. You will feel like you are part of a magical tale, enchanted already by the spectacular views and the delicious cuisine will please a lot of discerning palates. Only fresh, natural and local produces are used in their menu. Their seasonal menu reflects some of the dishes like Hearts of Romaine Caesar, Classic Bacon and Avocado Blue Cheese Burger and Beet and Ricotta Fettuccini. Their full service bar has an impressive wine list as well. So if you are in a mood for something adventurous and different, then Peaks is the place for you. They also are open for private events.
